Household Graph in Action: Strategy, Proof and Platform

On Thursday 16th July, we presented the strategy and technology behind Spacetalk's next phase of growth to partners and industry guests - including a live demonstration of our Household Graph, the AI-powered software platform that turns everyday family-safety engagement into real-time insight across the whole household, not just the individual account holder.

That confidence is backed by real commercial proof. Spacetalk has recently entered into a commercial agreement with TPG Telecom, under which Vodafone Australia will launch an exclusive offer to its customers for a co-branded family location, online safety and digital wellbeing solution, powered by Spacetalk's proprietary software platform. The agreement gives millions of eligible Vodafone Australia customers access to Spacetalk's family safety application, incorporating location sharing, safe places and arrival notifications, SOS alerts, family communication tools, and from Q2 FY27, online safety and digital wellbeing controls.

This agreement is a significant milestone and validates our B2B software proposition. It supports our strategy to become a leading provider of customer engagement and lifecycle management software solutions to telecommunications operators in Australia and internationally - a clear blueprint for future B2B software growth, both domestically and abroad.

That blueprint is exactly what we brought to life last week.

Why the household, not the individual

The most valuable telecommunications customer isn't an individual subscriber, it's the household. Across the industry, the pattern is consistent: converged, multi-line, multi-product households churn less, spend more per account, and stay longer than single-line customers. This holds true for large MNOs bundling fixed and mobile services together, and it holds true for MVNOs building mobile-first family relationships.

The hard question we set out to answer was how a telecommunications provider builds a complete view of the household, not just the account holder. Our agreement with Vodafone Australia is a direct, real-world answer to that question - a leading national telecommunications brand choosing to deploy our software platform because it delivers the household-level engagement and insight that individual subscriber relationships cannot.

Spacetalk's Household Graph turns everyday family-safety engagement into a real-time view of the household, and turns that view into deeper, longer, more valuable relationships across an operator's entire customer base.

The platform behind it

Delivering household-level intelligence at scale requires three things done well: governed data, trusted insight, and disciplined execution. The Household Graph we demonstrated live last week is built in partnership with three organisations at the forefront of enterprise AI and data:

  • Snowflake, the AI Data Cloud trusted by leading global enterprises, unifies and governs the data behind every household - location, devices, connections and engagement, within a single secure, governed environment. Every insight the Household Graph generates is built on that foundation of trusted, well-governed data.

  • WisdomAI, a leading agentic analytics platform, turns that governed data into real-time, contextual insight, surfacing the right engagement, offer or intervention for each household, grounded in verified business context rather than guesswork.

  • JOURN3Y, brought the AI implementation expertise to translate this strategy into a working, demonstrable product on a commercially realistic timeline. Proof that ambitious AI strategy and disciplined delivery aren't mutually exclusive.

This is what industry-leading technology, applied with rigour, makes possible: daily family-safety engagement becoming a real-time household graph, and that graph becoming a measurable engine for acquisition, retention and lifetime value. It's the model behind our transition from hardware to software, and the platform we're taking to our next generation of telecommunications partners.
